2010 ASV Chardonnay
If you like white Burgundy, you will love our Chardonnay. We pride ourselves on crafting elegant Chardonnay, through early picking, stainless ferments and ageing in neutral oak casks. I can’t encourage you enough to age this wine for a year or two – then pour it blind against a Montrachet or a Chassagne at the same or even twice the price. We won’t disappoint you.
