07 Arizona Stronghold Vineyards Grenache Pick 4
2007 Marks the first year of our management of Stronghold Vineyards. Given the fickle ripening nature of Grenache and based on our interest in learning more about how each varietal expresses itself in Arizona, we harvested this Grenache block four times over the course of a month. Pick 4 was the ripest and richest. This wine is saturated and jammy, with ultra-ripe wild-strawberry and classic, leafy tobacco notes. Soft and pleasing, this wine is ready to drink now.
