07 Arizona Stronghold Vineyard Chardonnay
This classic, Old-World styled Chardonnay is picked early, then fermented in stainless steel, aged in neutral oak and malolactic fermentation is inhibited. The early pick, stainless ferment and non-malolactic approach helps the wine to retain freshness and acidity, while the tenure in neutral oak broadens and softens the palate. Grown at our vineyard in Kansas Settlement southeast of Tucson, this wine is the perfect expression of our high-elevation, desert landscape.
