A refreshing blend of Chardonnay and Viognier (vee-ohn-yay). The Barrio Blanca offers an alternative to the everyday whites on the market. Here, the Rhone meets Burgundy. Chardonnay lends richness and depth in this wine and the Viognier provides acidity, minerals and exotic floral notes. Serve slightly chilled, but not cold, to accentuate the beautiful aromatics of this complex wine. Try it alongside any shellfish or delicate fish, such as halibut or even with poultry or quiche.
